Breath. It's an expression of all life. It's how we communicate, grow, share, create, and thrive. Connecting with our breath and using it as a tool has ancient roots in many different cultures. Breath has the ability to help us heal, restore, renew, refresh and transform. This technique uses the breath as a form of active meditation allowing our mind to slow down, our energy to release and our bodies to relax and open. Breath can release the blocks that you've been carrying for years, the unnecessary burdens that are eating up your precious energy . Breathwork has been known to relieve grief, anxiety, depression, worry, creative blocks, stagnation, and much more.
Emotions, thoughts, and experiences have a way of getting "stuck" within our system. Picture this like a hose with kink or an electrical wire with a short. Having just the right amount of flow or resistance is not only relegated to forces outside of yourself. Our body uses these same principals to maintain proper homeostasis and our energetic, emotional, or spiritual body is no different.
This clog in the system can contribute to a whole host of disorders that greatly reduce our quality of life. Using breath, emotional energy can be processed freeing up our nervous system to more comfortably move through the world. Other experiences often include deep relaxation, insights, and feeling more balanced and present. Each person and every experience is different
Our bodies hold innate wisdom. Approaching yourself with that understanding, allows you to develop a deeper relationship of trust, love, appreciation and self-care. Using training and intuition, I will gently guide you through the process of understanding what it means to go "with-in" , to let go, to listen, to learn and to heal. I offer two different approaches to assist you in your journey. One approach seeks stillness within the body while using the breath. The other is more biodynamic using movement, self bodywork, vocalization and of course breath. The work you do in sessions, translates to your daily life and can shift your mindset, your perspective, help you feel more present, open, and empowered. It is a unique and exciting journey into self and most importantly, it is YOUR journey, your breathe is always available, and your body has so much to say. Are you listening?
Tiffany’s soothing voice made it easy for me to go into a deeply relaxed mental state, even though I have a very chatty brain. It was invigorating and relaxing and in addition, some of the effects for me were powerful and unexpected. I treated a brain tumor with gamma radiation about 8 months ago. As a result of this treatment, I’ve been experiencing some twitching in my optic nerves and some dizziness. I got up after the first breath session (five days ago) and it took me about five minutes to realize that my vision and balance were completely normal. This lasted for almost an hour and while the symptoms returned, they were not as severe. After the second session my vision was normal for several hours. It is 8 hours past that session now and my symptoms are still dramatically improved. I did not do this work expecting any impact on my vision or balance. This was a complete (and welcome) surprise. Tiffany’s approach to guiding breathwork is so grounding and supportive. She does an amazing job tapping into when I need to breathe deeper, release, or relax my body and I always feels safe and guided. I have loved all our 1:1 sessions and can’t wait to continue working with her both 1:1 and in groups. I always radiate so much self love after breathing with Tiffany!
Breathwork is a whole new world to me. Tiffany has taken me on a journey that I never knew existed. She is a natural guide, easy to open up to and has been my caring coach as well as my breathwork facilitator.
It may sound silly to need help breathing- but even during daily activities, I wasn’t breathing effectively, The skills Tiffany has taught me, help me every day. This has been the foundation for our breathwork sessions.
I never knew how important breathwork would be. To be honest, I was skeptical and didn’t expect much more than trying to take deep breaths and relax (which, as simple as it sounds, is still challenging for me). But during my first guided session with Tiffany, I experienced something unlike anything I’ve ever felt before-physical and beyond. My experience was completely surprising and caught me off guard. I am still amazed during and after each session.
This work has been a profound, refreshing, and positive change in my life.

My name is Tiffany Janel and if you're reading this then we probably have some things in common. I've been on a lifelong quest to always fulfill passion. Passion to me represented using my time on this plane to the best of my ability. Using my talents, gifts or knowledge in a way that may have a positive impact and to seek freedom, contentment and fulfillment. Over time this has morphed, sometimes it veered off track or got temporarily clouded but the overall intent has always been the same. To become. To allow. And to trust. The latter being one of the most challenging. Trusting my abilities, my own voice is one of the biggest journeys of them all . I arrive at this place with gratefulness, a sense of wonder, and openness.
Over the years I've sought knowledge from tradition schooling (B.S. Communication Disorders ) to certifications such as permaculture design, coaching from the Transformation Academy and pursuing certification for breathwork practitioner through David Elliott. I have also completed training from the Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release Institute. I have background and experience in water quality protection and not-profit work and interest in aromatherapy, neuroplasticity and mindfulness. For more about me and my journey, see my blog.
